How Our Matchmaking System Works

As professional matchmakers, we make it our business to understand you and what you are looking for in a future partner. When you first enquire, we will want to know something about you and your personal situation as well as the sort of person you are hoping to meet. We are happy to talk through how we work and to answer any questions you have about our personal matchmaking service. We will explain the various membership options available so that you can consider which package might best suit your needs. Additionally, we can supply information over email for you to read through in your own time. Our initial consultations are always completely free and without obligation.

Becoming a Member of Our Matchmaking Service

To ensure everyone is joining for genuine purposes, all new members are asked to provide proof of ID, age and address, as well as two recently taken photographs, (which we can take for you, or you can provide). Background checks are fulfilled, which include checking residency details and for any reported involvement in fraud or financial crime. This is very different to online dating, where identities, photographs, age and other important details will typically go unchallenged.

We will arrange your personal matchmaking consultation, which is typically over a video call, but might also be a face-to-face meeting in your home, at a convenient location or at our offices in Warwickshire. Your consultation is a friendly, relaxed and in-depth conversation with one of our experienced Membership Advisers or Professional Matchmakers, through which we will get to know a lot more about you. We will also discuss your partner preferences in greater detail in this consultation. We then draw up a detailed profile of you for your approval, including your photographs. Once you are happy with your profile, your professional matchmaker will be in touch for your welcome call and will begin searching for your first match.

Memberships provide up to 12 months of a personal matchmaking service, to help you find the one you seek.

Most of our client base is from professional, academic or business backgrounds. They are investing in their future happiness by using our executive matchmaking service, rather than leaving things to chance meetings or being open to all of the uncertainties of internet dating.

Dating others through matchmaking services provides far greater personal security and privacy than if meeting others through online dating. You will also have the help and support of a personal matchmaker throughout your membership; a trained professional who really knows and understands dating.

We enforce our Client Code of Conduct: We expect all members to conduct themselves at all times in a courteous and considerate way in their dealings with other members and with the Matchmaking Team.

We are members of the Dating Agency Association, (the DAA), and abide by their Code of Practice. Dating safely is the highest priority of the DAA, which insists that all member agencies work to the DAA Dating Safely Guidelines.

We recommend the following basic safety precautions for anyone meeting someone for a first date:

  • Do not give the details of your home address for any reason, and ideally, only share your mobile rather than a landline number, (we only pass on your contact number with your approval).

  • Arrange to use your own or public transport when meeting someone for the first time, avoid accepting transport provided by your date.

  • Ensure you are meeting somewhere away from your home and with other people around, such as a café or bar, rather than any isolated location.

  • If someone we have introduced you to has been discourteous, please let us know about it. Member’s feedback is always welcome, it helps us to maintain a good service to our clients.

  • It’s best to tell a friend– let them know where you are going and at what time you have arranged to meet someone new.

  • Stay connected – make sure your mobile phone is fully charged and with you.

  • Dating fraud is an all too common a problem through online dating websites – it is sadly, surprisingly easy for anyone to fall for a fraudster with the lure of romance to silence those alarm bells. If anyone asks for money from you or to see your bank account details, please be aware that whatever the reason given, this is a red flag. Never give money or gifts and never provide your banking or credit card details.
